Our Functions
- Overseeing, coordinating and strategising the revenue generation initiatives for MIDA that align with organisation’s requirements and capabilities;
- Identifying and cultivating potential strategies, mechanisms, policies, and guidelines of revenue generation for MIDA while incorporating principles of good governance to maintain ethical and responsible practices;
- Assessing and conducting market research and industry trend analysis, while exploring partnerships and collaborations with other organisations to discover new and potential revenue streams for MIDA; and
- Implementing cost rationalisation measures as to optimise MIDA’s expenditure and to ensure long-term sustainability of MIDA.
