Online Applications group A (MIDA e-ML)

A company engaging in any manufacturing activities with shareholders’ fund of RM2.5 million and above; OR employing 75 and above full-time employees is required to apply for a Manufacturing Licence.

Company can submit application and track the application status online via MIDA Invest Malaysia portal at  investmalaysia.mida.gov.my

1. Application for New Manufacturing Licence

2. Application for Manufacturing Licence on Expansion and/or Diversification Project by a Licence Manufacturer or by an Existing Non-Licenced Manufacturer

3. Application for Confirmation Letter for Company Exempted from Manufacturing Licence (ICA10) 

Note:
Confirmation Letter for company exempted from Manufacturing Licence can be used to apply for incentives and facilities from the Government such as for consideration of import duty exemptions for machinery and equipment and raw materials underCustoms Duties (Exemption) Order 2017 and Sales Tax (Persons Exempted from Payment Of Tax) Order 2018; as well as investment incentives under the Promotion of Investment Act 1986 and Income Tax act 1967.
