- Plan and manage the development and implementation of IT strategies, policies and governance for increased productivity and efficiency of the organisation
- Plan, develop and implement application systems that support MIDA's core role and functions
- Plan, implement and manage the organisation’s IT infrastructure including network and security at its HQ, Overseas and State Offices
- Provide technical support services related to IT infrastructure and application systems to MIDA Offices and external clients
- Provide dedicated assistance to investors
