Our Functions
- Provide legal advice and recommendations in relation to legal issues or implications affecting MIDA's operations
- Review, draft and negotiate agreements and policies to ensure that documents are in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations
- Liaise with external lawyers on litigation cases
- Engage with relevant ministries and government departments on any legal issues which may affect or impact MIDA
