Methods of Conducting Business in Malaysia

Companies doing business in Malaysia must register with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) under the Companies Act 2016 (Act 777). Fees to be paid to SSM

Main fees to be paid to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM):
(Refer to the Companies Regulations 2017)
