Get updated information including advisories to businesses in this section. Malaysia’s COVID-19 response is a case study for developed nations worldwide. A testament to our world-class healthcare, infrastructure and logistics capabilities, Malaysia drastically upgraded health facilities and diagnostics. This included an 86% increase in diagnostics laboratory capacity, 89% increase in critical care bed capacity, and a 49% increase in the number of available ventilators (from 526 to 1034 units) during the height of the pandemic.
The Establishment of One Stop Centre (OSC) for Business Travellers
In efforts to balance public health, livelihoods and economic sustainability, a One Stop Centre (OSC) has been set up by the Malaysian Government effective 2nd October 2020 to ease the movement of business travellers by expediting the approval of their entry to do business in Malaysia.
