NCT Group of Companies has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Social Security Organisation (Socso) to create more job opportunities and develop a skilled workforce in Selangor, particularly for its NCT Smart Industrial Park (NSIP) project.
As part of the MoU, it said in a statement that a MYFutureJobs satellite centre would be established at NSIP to provide better access to the job portal.
To facilitate the utilisation of MYFutureJobs, Sosco would provide technical training for career coordinators and career consultations to job seekers through a series of engagement sessions, it added.
The partnership is crucial in creating more than 50,000 job opportunities at the NSIP.
