MIDA closes offices, to connect with stakeholders via digital platform

Then Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) has established work-from-home arrangements and would be using various digital platforms to remotely connect with its stakeholders in the wake of a 14-day Movement Control Order.

MIDA said it is closing all its premises in KL Sentral and throughout the country from today till March 31 in a move to contain the spread of COVID-19.

“MIDA would continue to be responsive in providing advice and support to its clients.

“MIDA officials, particularly the directors and deputy directors can be easily contacted through their respective emails at https://tinyurl.com/MIDAcontact or through [email protected],” it said in a statement.

Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin on Monday night announced the Movement Control Order, imposed under the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988 and well as the Police Act 1967, which cover a range of activities.
