The Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) is a Strategic Partner of the International Greentech & Eco Products Exhibition and Conference Malaysia (IGEM) 2025. We support the facilitation of investment leads and contribute to business opportunities under IGEM.

In conjunction with this event, MIDA, in collaboration with the Malaysian Photovoltaic and Sustainable Energy Industry Association (MPSEA), will host a Business Matching event called Biz Bridge. This event aims to coordinate and facilitate green investments while addressing the requirements of companies seeking to strengthen their green commitments. It will take place at Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on 15–16 October 2025, with each meeting scheduled for 30 minutes.

MIDA was incorporated in 1967 as a statutory body under the MIDA Act. MIDA is mandated to harmonise government promotion efforts, optimise resources, and establish effective structured Investment Promotion Agency (IPA) governance. This empowers MIDA to attract investments, fostering positive economic spillover effects and aligning with national goals. Today, MIDA stands as the Malaysian Government’s leading and forward-thinking agency, creating new pathways for growth and development in the manufacturing and services sectors.

The Malaysian Photovoltaic Industry Association (MPIA) has rebranded as the Malaysian Photovoltaic and Sustainable Energy Industry Association (MPSEA), marking a strategic shift to reflect its broader mission of leading Malaysia’s transition towards a sustainable and inclusive energy future. MPSEA now represents nearly 300 members across the full solar value chain, including manufacturers, system integrators, consultants, financiers, academics, and more.

This event will serve as a platform to connect companies with suitable partners aligned with their green agenda. Participation will be subject to an administration fee of RM500 per company for the energy demand side, and RM2,000 per company for the supply side (EPCC).
