Nadicorp partners Turkey's Nurol Makina for industrialisation of specialised vehicles

Nadicorp Holdings Sdn Bhd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Nurol Makina of Turkey for a long-term partnership and collaboration to assist in the industrialisation of specialised vehicles inclusive of armoured technology and transfer.

Nadicorp Holdings is one of the largest privately-owned Bumiputera conglomerate controlled by Tan Sri Mohd Nadzmi Mohd Salleh, who is also the group executive chairman, and Nurol Makina, which is a subsidiary of Nurol Holding Inc of Turkey specialising in land military and armoured vehicles.

“We have been working closely with Nurol Makina for some time and have gained their trust and confidence to be their collaborative partner. My years of extensive experience in the auto industry will be beneficial to develop the industry and related businesses,” Mohd Nadzmi said in a statement here, today.

Nadicorp currently has interests in manufacturing, coach building and assembly, special purpose vehicles, maintenance and repair of commercial vehicles, as well as in the operations of public transportation and logistics.

Therefore, this collaboration will enhance its existing capabilities in the manufacturing and remanufacturing of strategic land transport and armoured vehicles.

The MoU was signed by Mohd Nadzmi and Nurol Makina chief executive officer, Engin Aykol, and witnessed by Member of the Board of Nurol Holding, Gurol Carmikli.
