The Annual Performance Report (APR) is a survey conducted by the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) to monitor the annual performance of manufacturing companies granted approval for Manufacturing Licenses/Incentives under the Industrial Coordination Act, 1975 and/or Promotion of Investments Act, 1986.
The survey is carried out annually to enable MIDA to compile the latest information on the status of manufacturing companies in Malaysia for the purpose of policy formulation and industrial planning.

Please be informed that the MIDA e-Tariff system's application signing facility has been upgraded from 'Soft Certificate' to 'Roaming Certificate'.
Therefore, Effective 1st March 2017, a fee of RM300 and 6% GST per certificate will be imposed on any issuance of the certificate.
