Investors will find MIDA's Business Information Centre (BIC) at Kuala Lumpur's MIDA Sentral a convenient, first-stop resource centre with free access to useful and authoritative information on investment, trade, financing, productivity and services specifically pertaining to Malaysia's manufacturing and services sectors.
Comfortable meeting areas are also provided where investors can read or have their investment enquiries attended to by our Duty Officer.

How to Get to MIDA's Business Information Centre (BIC)

By Light Rail Transit (LRT) - Take the Putra line to KL Sentral station and exit from the entrance to the check-in area of the KL City Air Terminal (KL CAT). MIDA's BIC on the 2nd Floor of the MIDA Sentral is just a 3-minute walk across the road.

By Komuter KTM (commuter train) - Stop in KL Sentral station and do as above.

By taxi - Drop off at MIDA's main entrance at MIDA Sentral. MIDA's BIC is located at the 2nd Floor.

By car - Park at the visitors' carpark of MIDA Sentral, take the lift to the Ground Floor and take the escalator to the 2nd Floor.

MIDA's Business Information Officers are the first point of contact for investors with investment enquiries on Malaysia's manufacturing and its related services sectors.

Information Centre

The publications available in the BIC comprise those of federal government agencies, state governments, public utilities, port operators, industry, trade and bilateral associations, financial institutions, skills training institutions, companies and others.

These include investment and trade guidebooks, brochures on services and facilities available, newsletters, statistical reports and product and membership directories.
