There have been recent incidents where organisations and individuals pretend to recruit by representing themselves as MIDA or as being under MIDA's employment. These propositions notify members of the public that their qualifications were found suitable to work as an employee (local or expatriate) for MIDA and to solicit the transfer of significant sums of money as fees for the recruitment process.
Please note that MIDA do not ask for any money or payments from applicants, at any point in the recruitment process. All individuals who are successful in gaining an offer of employment from MIDA, whether directly or indirectly are always required to go through a formal recruitment process.
All online communication on recruitment from MIDA, if any, would be sent by MIDA's officials using only e-mail domains of "@mida.gov.my".
The official website of MIDA is www.mida.gov.my. For those who wish to seek employment with MIDA, please visit www.mida.gov.my/home/career/posts/ for more information or contact MIDA's Human Resource Management Division at +603-22673789.
