A. MIDA
MIDA provides online applications facilities for the applications of manufacturing licences as well as duty exemptions.
As part of the delivery system improvements, MIDA has enhanced its <a href="https://jpc.online.mida.gov.my/midawebpki/">online application system for duty exemption applications (PC1, PC2, PC2A, PC2-1) by introducing the digital certificate</a> facility. With this facility, users will be able to use the e-filing digital certificate (from LHDN) or download the digital certificate from MIDA to digitally signed the application form prior the submission to MIDA.
With the implementation of the system, all Approval Letters, Approval Conditions and Appendices for applications related to Duty Exemption will be signed using digital signature.

 B. MBLS (Malaysia Business Licensing System)
Malaysia Business Licensing System (MBLS) is a portal that provides information and facilities for companies to apply for licences or permits to start operating businesses in Malaysia. It is a virtual One-Stop Service Center that assists companies to obtain business licences efficiently and in an organised manner. 
MBLS facilitates company's representativein selecting relevant licences, fileand submit application forms online,track the applications' progress throughout the process until the receipt of notification of approval or otherwise. At the same time, MBLS provides an online communication platform for the licensing agencies to communicate directly with the company for any clarification and justification on the licence applications which effectively save time and resources for both parties.
During this initial implementation phase, MBLS only covers application of business licences for the Manufacturing, Construction and Hotel Sectors with premises/facilities located within the Klang Valley.

e-BizMatch is an online business matching service connecting businesses worldwide. This web-based facility will help you connect with international business partners. Registered members may conduct customise searches for business partners based on their specific requirements. When you register with e-BizMatch, your company details and project proposal will be posted in the e-BizMatch Directory free-of-charge as a service to manufacturers and service providers. However, MIDA reserves the right to edit your submitted text for clarity and length. Please allow seven days for your information to be processed.
