<p><span style="color: #000000;">Business Licensing Electronic Support System (BLESS) is a portal that provides information and facilities for companies to apply for licences or permits to start operating businesses in Malaysia. It is a virtual One-Stop Service Center that assists companies to obtain business licences efficiently and in an organized manner.</span></p>
<p>In the initial stage of implementation (Phase 1), BLESS only covers applications for business licences in the manufacturing sector by companies with manufacturing facilities located within the Klang Valley.</p>

<p>Enterprise Connect or E-Connect is an online business matching service connecting businesses worldwide. This web-based facility will help you connect with international business partners. Registered members may conduct customise searches for business partners based on their specific requirements. When you register with E-Connect, your company details and project proposal will be posted in the E-Connect Directory free-of-charge as a service to manufacturers. However, MIDA reserves the right to edit your submitted text for clarity and length. Please allow seven days for your information to be processed.</p>
